摘要
采用盆栽试验研究了不同施砷量对烤烟砷吸收、积累和分布的影响,结果表明,土壤中施砷可增加烤烟对砷的吸收,提高其富集系数,导致地上部、地下部、烟灰和烟气中砷的积累,且随着土壤中施砷量的增加而提高,但施砷可降低烤烟的位移系数,即降低由地下部向地上部运输砷的能力.砷能分布在烤烟的各个部位,在烤烟各器官中的分布规律为:根>下部叶>茎>中部叶>上部叶.
A study was conducted by pot experiment to analyses the effect of different arsenic application on absorption, accumulation and distribution of arsenic in flue-cured tobacco . The result showed that the arsenic applied in soil increased bioaccumulation factor (BCF) of arsenic in flue-cured tobacco, and resulted in accumulation of shoots, roots, ashes and smoke. And the content of arsenic in the plant increased with that applied in the soil. However, the arsenic applied in the soil could decrease the translocation factor (TF), that is, the plant's ability to transfer arsenic from roots to shoots., Arsenic could be distributed in every organ of the plant. The regular distribution pattern of arsenic in flue-cured tobacco was roots 〉 lower leaves 〉 stalks 〉 cutters 〉 upper leaves.
