摘要
通过对鸡志贺氏菌β-内酰胺酶及ESBLs的测定、质粒提取、细菌转化及质粒结合转移等试验,分析其耐药性与其质粒之间的关系,探讨耐药质粒在细菌间的传递方式.结果表明,质粒转化后的转化子对β-内酰胺类抗生素全部耐药,对氨基糖苷类、氟诺酮类有一定程度的敏感;而质粒接合传递体的耐药谱与质粒转化子一致.耐药菌株的质粒可编码β-内酰胺酶,且耐药质粒可通过结合转移方式传递至感受态大肠杆菌.
This paper identifies the drug-resistance of S. flexneri related to resistant plasmids and detects the way of resistant plasmids transfering among the bacilli through detection of β-lactamase (indluding ES- BLs)and tests of S. flexneri resistant plasmids extraction, transformation and conjugation. The result shows: after resistant plasmids extraction and conversion, the recons are resistant to all β-lactam antibiotics but sensitive to quinolones and aminoglycosides to some degree; and the same as the zygotes. The plasmids of S. flexneri can code β-lactamase, and the resistant plasmids can be transferred to E. coli through conjugation and transformation.
