桅杆式采油车的设计与研制

Development of mast type production truck

针对油田现场广泛使用的采油车存在操作自动化程度低、排绳效果差和安全环保性能差等问题,新研制出桅杆式采油车。该采油车主要由汽车底盘、桅杆式井架、绞车总成、自动控制系统、自动排绳系统、防碰井口装置等组成,纯滚动摩擦的双向丝杠排绳技术能实现钢丝绳的自动整齐排列,延长钢丝绳的使用寿命,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了操作安全性。现场使用证明,各项指标和参数达到了设计要求。

The current production truck widely used in oilfields is characterized by low operating automation,bad line rolling effect and poor safety and environmental protection.In this regard,the mast type production truck was developed.The new truck mainly consists of truck chassis,mast type derrick,hoist assembly,automatic control system,automatic line rolling system and anti-collision wellhead equipment.With the help of the line rolling technology of two-way guide screw with pure rolling friction,the automatic and orderly line rolling of wireline can be performed,thus extending the working life of the wireline and reducing the labor intensity of the workers as well as improving the operating safety.The application proves that every index and parameter meet the demand of the design.
