盐酸-5-甲基-8-羟基喹啉的晶体结构与生物活性研究 被引量:1

摘要 5-甲基-8-羟基喹啉(1)经盐酸酸化成1.HC l,其水溶性增强。研究了1.HC l对蚕豆有丝分裂的影响,结果表明,1.HC l更能有效地促进细胞的有丝分裂。培养了单晶1.HC l。在293 K,用单晶X-射线衍射法对1.HC l进行了结构表征。1.HC l晶体属于单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,a=0.73770(9)nm,b=1.57126(19)nm,c=0.81414(10)nm,β=101.329(2),°V=0.9253(2)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.404 g.cm-3,F(000)=408,μ=0.368 mm-1,R1=0.0393,wR2=0.1091。 5-Methyl-8-hydroxyquinolin(1) was acidified with hydrochloric acid to form 1·HCl with higher water-solubility. The effect of 1·HCl on the kary-omitosis of the horsebean was investigated. It was found that the 1·HCl was better than 1 in promoting the cell to have a fission. The crystal structure of 1·HC was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction at temperature of 293 K. The crystal of the 1·HCl belongs to monoclinic system, space group P2 1/c with a =0.73770(9) nm, b = 1.57126(19) nm, c=0.81414(10) nm, β=101.329(2)°, V=0.9253(2) nm^3, Z=4, Dc= 1.404 g·cm^-3, F(000) = 408, μ=0.368 mm^-1, R1=0. 0393, wR2 =0.1091.
