Based on the location advantage and the actuality Of Qingdao, this paper draws a conclusion that Qingdao city should be positioned to a central city of metropolis circle in Shandong peninsula, a worldwide famous tourist and vacation seaside city, a main port city in China and even in Asia-pacific area, a landscape garden-like city as a homestead of mankind finally growing into a regional international city with powerful influence.
