摘要 采用钙盐沉淀+混凝沉淀工艺处理石墨加工废水,废水水量200m^3/d,进水水质:[F^-]≤500mg/1、SS≤300mg/1、pH=2~4,出水水质满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—96)中的二级标准.采取投加石灰的钙盐沉淀处理法及投加聚和氯化铝的混凝沉淀法的二道工序的处理工艺,处理水的含氟量最低可降到2mg/L左右,一般在5mg/L左右. The calcifying flocculating method of wastewater treatment engineering in graphite products processing is described in this paper. The quantity of wastewater is 200m^3/d F concentration in influent less than 500mg/l, and pH was 2~4. The quality of effluent conforms to the secondary standard of integrated wastewater discharge standard of GB8978-96. The project can be managed easily and runs steadily.
