摘要
参照文献合成了标题化合物。对所合成化合物进行了高温气相多组分混合稀土化学热扩渗,经ICP,XPS,IR,XRD和TG-DTA等测试分析证实,微量稀土元素La和Ce等已渗入到杂多配合物的体相。利用四电极法对扩渗后化合物的导电性能进行了研究,其导电率δ为9.2×10-3S.cm-1,比扩渗前(δ=1.29×10-9S.cm-1)提高了7.1×106倍。
According to the literature, the title compound was prepared and treated by high temperature gaseous mix rare earth permeation. ICP, IR, TG- DTA, XPS, XRD were used to characterize the title compound and the treated sample. The results confirm that Ce and La can be permeated into the body of the title compound. Four-probe method was used to measure the conductivities. A novel result shows that conductivity of the permeated compound (δ = 9.2 × 10^-3 S.cm^-1) is 7.1 × 10^6 times larger than the title com- pound(δ = 1.29 ×10^-9 S.cm^-1).
