热镀锌板静电喷涂漆膜脱落原因分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对用热镀锌板代替电镀锌板制作零件时易出现漆膜脱落问题,对镀锌层组织结构、磷化液成分及磷化膜结晶形态进行了分析,得出热镀锌板静电喷涂漆膜脱落的主要原因是磷化膜结晶粗大,晶粒度均匀性较差。通过采取适当提高磷化液中Mn2+、Ni2+含量及添加适量F-等措施,明显改善了漆膜附着力。 The static spraying mating was easily flaked away from hot - dipped galvanized sheet steel to make parts. The causes were analyzed frown microstructurc of zinc mating, compositions of phosphate solution and crystal conformation of phosphate mating. The result shows that crystal ooarse and worse uniformity of phosphate mating are the main reasons. The adhesion of phosphate coating can he obviously improved by increasing Mn^2 + , Ni^2 + and appending F^- .
