摘要
利用Gleeble1500热模拟试验机测定了60Si2Mn弹簧钢的CCT曲线,研究了终轧温度、冷却速度对该钢种显微组织、珠光体量、珠光体片层间距、平均晶粒尺寸以及力学性能的影响.结果表明,60Si2Mn棒材生产的最优终轧温度为830~850℃,冷却速度应控制在4~5℃/s.
A CCT curve of 60Si2Mn spring steel was tested with Gleeble - 1500 thermomechanical simulator, the effects of finishing rolling temperature and cooling rate on microstructure, pearlite amount, interlamellar pearlite spacing, mean grain size and mechanical property were studied. The results show that the optimum finishing rolling temperature of 60Si2Mn bar is from 830℃ to 850℃, and the cooling rote stould be controlled from 4℃/is to 5℃/is.
