摘要
介绍了冷弯等边槽钢的腹宽与腿长之比不小于2、腿长与壁厚之比不小于22·5时的孔型设计与计算参数及成型条件。在其孔型设计中,合理地分配了成型道次和弯曲角。并通过孔型设计和实践,探讨了其易产生的缺陷及解决对策。
Pass design, calculation parameters and formation conditions of equilateral cold- bending channd steel were introduced when the ratio of web wide and leg length is not small 2 and the ratio of leg length and wall thickness is not small 22.5. The finishing passes and bending angel were reasonably distributed during pass design. Meanwhile some easy appearance defects and its countermeasures were discussed.
