摘要
针对影响钢板表面质量的两要素进行了技术创新,即用高强度、高耐磨性、抗腐蚀型堆焊复合矫直辊替代了传统的整体锻造矫直辊,排除了钢板表面的压痕缺陷;应用新型密封技术、新型自润滑材料和密封可靠的锥阀式卧式三柱塞高压水泵液力端等技术,改进了三柱塞高压水泵应用于浊循环水除鳞,使钢板表面麻点缺陷明显减少,取得了增产增效、节能降耗的优良效果。
Technique innovations were carried out which were aimed at the two main influence factors on surface quality of plate. The traditional whole forging straighting roll was replaced by the high strength, wearable and anti- corrosion welding-up composite straighting roll, and the ident defect of plate surface was eliminated. Meanwhile, the pock marking defect was obviously decreased by applied new seal technology, self-lubricant material and taper valve type horizontal three-pistons high pressure water pump, etc., which were applicable to sewage descaling.
