2型糖尿病患者对氧磷酶基因多态性与冠心病关系的研究
摘要
目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者对氧磷酶(PON 1)基因多态性与并发冠心病(CHD)的关系。方法:应用多聚酶链反应(PCR)-限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)技术对42例2型糖尿病合并CHD患者、50例未合并CHD的2型糖尿病对照者和120例健康对照者进行PON 1基因多态性研究。结果:CHD患者PON 1基因的基因型构成比与2型糖尿病对照和健康对照相比无统计学差异,L等位基因频率亦无显著性差异。结论:中国人群2型糖尿病患者PON 1基因55位Leu-M et多态性与并发CHD无关。
