摘要
目的:评价酶提取物三维实验方法检测阴沟肠杆菌高产Am pC酶和超广谱β内酰胺酶ESBL s的可行性,探讨本地区阴沟肠杆菌产不同类型β内酰胺酶的流行状况。方法:应用改良酶提取物三维实验检测阴沟肠杆菌高产Am pC酶和ESBL s。结果:154株阴沟肠杆菌中,35株产Am pC酶,29株单产ESBL s,8株同时产两类酶,82株均不产生两种酶。结论:本地区阴沟肠杆菌产Am pC酶和ESBL s的流行处于一个相对较高的水平,改良的酶提取物三维实验可用于阴沟肠杆菌Am pC酶和ESBL s的检测。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical practicability of the modified three-dimensional testing method in detecting the stably derepressed expression of AmpC β-lactamases and ESBLs of Enterobacter cloacae and its prevalence in Xi' an area. Methods: Modified three-dimensional cefoxitin/ceftriaxone test were used to detect AmpC and ESBLs respectively; Results: Among 154 Enterobacter cloacaess trains , 35 strains produced stably derepressed AmpC enzymes; 29 strains produced ESBLs, 8 strains produced the two enzymes, 82 strains produced neither AmpC nor ESBLs. Conclusions: The study demonstrated that the prevalence of strains producing AmpC and/or ESBLs isolated from patients in Xian area was at a higher level compared with other cities in our country. The modified three-dimensional method can be used to identify AmpC-producing and or ESBLs-producing in Enterobacter cloacae in the clinical laboratory.
