摘要
劳动法与民法、劳动关系与民事关系、劳动合同与民事合同存在着诸多方面的区别,由此决定着无效劳动合同制度对传统的合同法理论在四个方面有所突破。
There are many differences between labor law and civil law, labor relations and civil relations, labor contract and civil contract. Therefore, the system of invalid labor contract has effected four breakthroughs of traditional theory of contract law.
