Fas、FasL蛋白在非小细胞肺癌组织的表达及其生物学意义

摘要 目的探讨F as和F asL蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(N SCLC)的表达及其生物学意义。方法应用免疫组化法对45例N SCLC和25例癌旁正常肺组织中F as和F asL蛋白表达进行检测。结果①与受检正常肺组织F as表达相比,N SCLC F as表达明显下调(P<0.05);F as表达与N SCLC组织类型及分化程度有关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。②F asL表达与N SCLC组织类型、分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01,P<0.05)。N SCLC F as与F asL表达无相关关系,N SCLC瘤团或癌巢周边区与中央区F asL表达差异显著。结论F as和F asL异常表达在N SCLC发生、发展及转移过程中起重要作用。 [Objective]To explore the expression level and its biological significance of Fas and FasL protein in non-small cell human lung cancer. [Methods] The expressions of Fas and FasL were detected in 45 cases of human non-small cell lung cancer and 25 cases of adjacent non-neoplasm tissues by SP immunohistochemical technique. [-Results] ①The Fas expression in human lung cancer was significantly lower than that in the non- neoplasm lung tissue (P〈0. 05). The Fas expression level was related to the different type and differentiated degree of NSCLC (P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01). ②The level of FasL expression in NSCLC was also related to the type of cancer, its differentiated degree, TNM and lymhp node metastasis (P〈0.05,P〈0. 01). The FasL expression with local lymph node metastasis was higher than that without local lymph node metastasis. No correlation existed between Fas and FasL expression in NSCLC. [Conclusion] Abnormal expression of Fas and /or FasL in NSCLC may play an important role in the genesis, development and metastasis of non-small cell lunar cancer.
