摘要
双螺杆多相混输泵在输送任意气液比的多相流体,高凝固点、高粘度流体时都具有较好的增压性能,倍受石化行业青睐,但国内理论研究成果匮乏,制约了其国产化的进程。文章概述了双螺杆多相混输泵的工作原理、结构及主要性能参数的计算方法,并对其密封装置设计、螺杆加工、混输泵装配过程及工艺要求进行了探讨,其结果对研究和生产有指导意义。
A double-screw multiphase pump has better boosting performance over the multiphase fluid with arbitrary gas-liquid ratio, high viscidity and high freezing point. The domestic process is blocked due to lacking of domestically theoretical study. In this paper, the construction, basic principle, application and sealing device of a double-screw multiphase pump are analyzed. The process or technology of its machining and assembly are discussed as well. The result is important for technicians to study and design.
