用有限元方法研究含缺陷油管失效判据

Study the waste standard of the defective oil pipe by finite element method

研究了API油管判废标准,给出了极限缺陷深度。计算了判废油管的应力增加量,运用有限元分析方法分别对未损伤油管和损伤油管进行了分析,给出了分析结果,得到了实用的定量判废标准。

Have studied API tubing to sentence to the waste standard, provide the terminal defective depth, has calculated the stress increase of the waste tubing. Then analysed the intact and disabled tubing with FEM and provide the analysis result,has got a practical sentencing quantitatively to the waste standard.
