多级节流井控系统的研究

摘要 多级节流智能控制系统是一套复杂的机、电、液一体化系统,涉及多项技术,其关键技术是对井控节流阀压降的实时控制。系统采用计算机电液比例闭环控制,建立了系统的数学模型,并结合石油天然气井控的相关知识采用PID控制算法,对液动节流阀的阀芯位移和阀压降进行比较准确的控制。通过现场试验表明,该系统工作平稳,控制精度高,其安全性、可靠性和可操作性完全能够满足现场压井作业的需要。 The multistage throttle intelligence control system is a set of complex machine, the electricity and the fluid integration system, which involves many technologies, its essential technology is to control the throttle valve pressure drop to the well the real-time control. The system uses the computer battery solution proportion in closed-loop control, has established the system mathematical model through the research, and the union petroleum gas well controls the related knowledge using the PID control algorithm, moves the throttle valve to the fluid the valve core displacement and the valve pressure drop carries on the quite accurate control. Through the field test indicated this system work steady, the control precision is high, its security, the reliability and the feasibility definitely can satisfy the scene to kill the well the work need.
