摘要
抽油机每年需要大量的电能,由于抽油机的负载特性,所配电机的功率大于实际使用功率,使其效率很低,存在巨大的浪费电能现象。下冲程的发电现象对电网造成很大冲击。利用可控制可控硅和单片机为核心技术研制的抽油机用新型智能节电器能有效地减少抽油机不必要的有功浪费,对油井节电具有深远意义,而且具有过流、过压、短路、断相、过载等多重保护功能,使系统工作可靠、使用寿命长。
