质性研究中情景脉络的理解和诠释——以对山东省云南籍被拐卖/骗婚迁流入妇女的研究为例

A Qualitative Study of the Abducted and Marriage-lured Yunnan Women in Shangdong Province

以质性研究中情景脉络的理解和诠释为基础,通过对作为研究者的自己、对现有研究成果、对被拐卖/骗婚妇女、对流入地和流入家庭、对被拐卖/骗婚迁流入妇女在流入地所受对待、对被拐卖/骗婚迁妇女流入后生存状态、对被拐卖/骗婚迁妇女流入后生存策略、对被拐卖/骗婚迁流入妇女的这一经历价值评判的理解和诠释,揭示被拐卖/骗婚迁流入妇女的性质研究,提出修改拐骗人口罪和保护妇女儿童权利的法律及具体的行动倡导。

Based on a qualitative study of the abducted and marriage- lured Yunnan women in the actual situations, this study covers the researchers themselves, the research findings, the abducted and marriage - lured Yunnan women, their families, living places and conditions, their understanding and interpretation of their experience in Shandong Province, and finally offers some practical sugges- tions for solving this problem.
