摘要
在“贫困恶性循环”和“大推进”理论的基础上，结合刘易斯-费景汉-拉尼斯模型的主要精神，综合出了一个起飞模型，阐述了贫困民族地区经济发展的前提和路径——即社会基础资本投资按30％～40％跨时先行，进而促成生产性资本集聚的发展模式。
Based on the theory of ＂vicious cycle of poverty＂ and ＂great development＂ as well as the Lewis - FeiJinghan - Lanis model, this paper provides a＂flying＂ model and expounds the preconditions and approaches for the economic development of the poor minority areas, that is, a social overhead Capital investment of 30% - 40% to help form the development model of the accumulation of production capital.
