主成分分析与因子分析法在医院管理质量综合评价中的应用研究

An Application Research of Synthetic Evaluation about Hospital Management Quality by Using Principle Component Analysis and Factor Analysis

目的探讨主成分分析与因子分析法在医院管理工作质量综合评价中的应用。方法用主成分分析与因子分析法对6所医院的管理工作质量进行综合评价。结果主成分分析与因子分析法得到的6所医院管理工作质量的综合评价排序结果为(按由好到差的顺序):B医院、C医院、A医院、D医院、F医院、E医院。结论理论和实践表明主成分分析与因子分析法适宜于客观地综合评价医院管理工作质量。

] Objective To explore the application value of principle composition analysis and factor analysis in synthetic evaluation about hospital management quality. Methods We used principal component analysis and factor analysis to evaluate the 6 hospital＇ s management quality. Results There is an order of the 6 hospital＇ s management quality （from good to bad） after we evaluate it by using principle component analysis and factor analysis： hospital B, hospital C, hospital A, hospital D, hospital F, hospital E. Conclusion Practice presents that principal component analysis and factor analysis both are suitable for synthetic evaluation of hospital managernent quality.
