车用发动机润滑油冷却器传热和阻力特性的研究

摘要 选取国内生产车用发动机润滑油冷却器的4个主要厂家生产的同一型号的8个冷却器进行了传热和阻力特性的实验研究,实验结果表明,由于采用不同生产工艺,冷却器的传热性能和阻力特性有较大的差异。根据冷却器传热性能和阻力特性的实验数据拟合了换热量、阻力随润滑油流量的变化关系,可为车用润滑油冷却器的结构设计及选型提供依据。 The heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of 8 automotive engine strip-fin oil coolers were experimental studied. The oil coolers are same type and made by 4 different factories. The experimental results show that the heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of the oil coolers are different because of different technological process. Based on experimental data ,the relationship of the heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of the oil cooler via oil flow rate was poly-fitted, which provides an useful reference for structure design and type selection of offset strip-fin oil cooler.
