摘要
针对小型永磁无刷直流电动机,其电压低、电流大的特点,论述了如何有效地利用电枢绕组大电流产生的电枢磁势,使之产生显著的助磁效果。本文介绍了设置附加齿,充分利用电枢磁势的原理,在此基础上研制了一台钕铁硼永磁无刷直流电动机,给出了电机结构图以及电机绕组驱动电流、驱动电压的理想波形,实验测取了电机绕组驱动电压波形和电机性能参数,分析电压波形中反电势部分,得到了令人满意的结果,即电枢绕组反电势随电枢电流的增大明显增加,电机助磁效果显著。
This paper focuses on how to make good use of the armature magnetic force created by the stator winding of the small brushless permanent magnet DC motor which usually operates in the stuation of low supply voltage and heavy current. Detailed analysis on the setting measures of the added teeth which are used to enhance the helpful effect to the magnetic field intensity in the gap from the armature magnetic force. The model machine's structure, the ideal driving current wave and voltage wave of the stator winding are given. Based on the analysis of the stator winding's electromotive force wave recorded in the experiment. a satisfactory result which shows the added teeth has obvious effect is obtained. In the end, performance parameter of the model machine is listed.
