大型覆盖件成型中的摩擦学特性及区域划分方法

摘要 根据大型覆盖件的工作特点及在工作过程中覆盖件的变形状态,提出摩擦学计算区域划分的基本方法,使得润滑计算更贴合实际状态,局部润滑模型运用更加合理;将薄膜润滑理论引入模具工作过程的摩擦学分析中,使得计算精量化;探讨了大型覆盖件摩擦学计算的内容和方法以及摩擦学计算应解决的问题。 According to the working characteristic of the large automobile panel and the distortion in the working process, the basic method of partition of the tribology account area was presented. It makes lubrication calculation matches practical work condition, and the application of the partition lubrication model is more reasonable. Thin film lubrication was introduced in tribological analysis in die working process, it makes calculation more exact. The content, method and the problem to be solved of tribological calculation on large automobile panel were researched.
