泻肺化瘀汤治疗小儿支气管肺炎38例临床观察

Xiefei Huayu Decoction for children bronchial pneumonia: an observation of 38 cases

目的:观察泻肺化瘀汤治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将68例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均常规给予西药治疗,治疗组配合自拟中药泻肺化瘀汤口服,观察两组临床疗效及临床症状、体征、肺部啰音消散时间和总疗程?峁?治疗组总有效率97.37%,对照组总有效率86.67%,两组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组症状、体征、肺部啰音消散时间和总疗程均较对照组短,两组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:泻肺化瘀汤治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效满意。

Objective ：To observe the curative effects of Xiefei Huayu Decoction to treat children bronchial pneumonia. Methods： 68 cases of children bronchial pneumonia were divided into observation group and contrast group.Both groups were treated with Western Medicines regularly.Otherwise,the observation group were treated with oral Chinese Traditional Medicine of Xiefei Huayu Decoction. To observe the curative effects, disappearing time of symptomatic physical signs,pulmonary tales and treatment periods of the both groups. Results：The total efficiency of the observation group was 97.37 % ,the contrast group was 86,67 %. Comparing with both groups, there was significant difference （P 〈 0.01）.The disappearing time of symptomatic physical signs and pulmonary tales in the observation group was shorter than the contrast group. Conclusion： Satisfying curative effects can he gotten with Xiefei Huayu Decoction as for treatment for children bronchial pneumonia.
