摘要
本文介绍了武汉水利电力大学防雷接地研究室从1977年开始进行消雷器研究的历程,指出了消雷器研究中以“中和”为纲的误区,阐述了以“限流”为纲的半导体消雷器的机理,说明了雷击半导体消雷器不是半导体消雷器的失败。给出了雷击半导体消雷器消雷针可以不闪络的理论依据以及现场试验结果,并指出半导体消雷器只能解决直击雷及其二次效应的问题,所以,把安装消雷器后的一切雷害事故不加具体分析地全推在消雷器身上是不公平的。
Since 1977 the Semiconductor Lightning Eliminator(SLE)has been researched in Wuhan University of Hydraulic and Electrical Engineering(WUHEE).In this paper the course of the research is presented.The author indicates that the research based on the principle of neutralizing effect is somewhat a muff.The mechanism of SLE based on the principle of current limitation is expounded. It is pointed out that the lightning struck on the SLE should not be considered as a failure.The theoretical basis,the results of field experiments and the experiences related to that the SLE can endure the lightning strokes without flashover are given. Finally,this paper indicates that SLE can only be used to prevent the protected subject against direct lightning stroke and its second effects.It is unfair to ask SLE to assume responsibility for all the lightning accidents without concrete analyses.
