摘要
本文对变电站实施无人值班集中监控的可行性和必要性进行了论证，对无人值班变电站应具备的基本技术条件、集中监控的技术原则及其运行管理等方面进行了全面的探讨。
Centralized supervisory control of nonattended substation is a systematic engineering involving the following aspects:primary and secondary equipments,automatic dispatch system,operation management,nonattended communication,fire control device and the measure against theft.This paper discourses on the feasibility and necessity of nonattended substation,analyzes the technical condition to be possessed by nonattended substation and the basic principles of centralized supervision and operation management of nonattended substation.
