摘要
分析了铜导条零件的冲压工艺及设计制造难点,介绍了排样设计、模具结构特点及关键零件的设计,提出了一种有效解决弯曲扭转现象的方法,对同类零件的模具设计有一定的借鉴作用。
The stamping technology and the difficulties in design and manufacture of a progressive die for copper conducting bar were analyzed. The layout design, the characteristics of die structure and design of the key parts were introduced. An effective means to settle the torsion bending was proposed. It is of certain reference to the design of die for similar parts.
