摘要
缺电成本用于衡量断电或限电时用户的经济损失。在电力市场中，它是一个很重要的参数，与供电可靠性、负荷控制和电价规划密切相关。我国在这方面的研究还处于开始阶段。本文介绍了缺电成本的概念、影响因素和估计方法。
Power outage cost is used to measure the economic losses incurred by power customers during the period of power interruption or electric load constraint.In power market it is an important parameter for it is related to power supply reliability,load control and power pricing.There are not much published studies on this subject in China.This paper presents the concept of power outage cost,the factors influencing power outage cost and the estimation method of power outage cost.
