摘要
I-7188E系列嵌入式网络控制器是为了适应以太网/因特网的普遍应用要求而设计的,在工业环境中它能够替代PC或PLC工作。设计了由总厂上位监测计算机、I-7188E2D嵌入式网络控制器与现场RS-485子网组成的自动门制造厂网络监测系统。并对I-7188E2D的特点、应用程序开发及网络连接方法作了详尽的介绍。系统满足了多测点、高传输速度、大数据量的传送要求。从而为在传统的网络监测系统中运用嵌入式技术开辟了一条途径。
The 7188E series are a series of embedded controllers designed to meet the most requirements of Ethernet/Internet applications. They can be used to replace the PC or PLC for the harsh environment. A network monitoring system consisting of computer, I- 7188E2D and other controllers in workshop is designed. The characteristic and application of I- 7188E2D are introduced. This system successfully realizes high speed and reliability communication. Then another approach of applying embedded controllers to traditional network monitoring system is founded.
