摘要
本文建立了毛细管气相色谱法同时检测冰片中“三苯”残留量。无水乙醇作为溶剂直接进样分析。在0.88~8.8μg/ml范围内,峰面积与三苯浓度之间呈良好的线性关系(R〉0.9995)。平均加标回收率分别为98%(苯)、103%(甲苯)、102%(对-二甲苯或间-二甲苯)、102%(邻-二甲苯)。检出限分别小于0.8μg/kg(苯)、0.88μg,/kg(甲苯)、0.87μg,/kg(对-二甲苯或间-二甲苯)、0.87μg/kg(邻-二甲苯)。精密度(RSD)均小于5%。
A menthod for determination of three solvents in Bornrolum Syntheticum has been established, The residual solvents of benzene ,tolune and xylene( m ,o ,p) were quantatively determined by capillary GC using ethanol absolute as the solvent. Three residual solvents were completely separatetd. The linearity ranges were 0.88 - 26μg (r: 〉 0.9995 )and the detection limits of benzene ,tolune and xylene( m ,o ,p) were 0,88μg/kg,0.88μg/kg,2.64μg/kg respectively. The average recovery rates were in the range of 98%- 103%. The relatve standard deviations (RSD)were less then 5%.
