摘要
通过对水中的细菌测定方法研究,提出了水样中细菌测定样品的采集、保存、培养基的制备及操作方法,提高了细菌测定的准确度。
Through the study on the testing method for bacteria in water, the procedures of sample collection and storage , culture medium preparation and testing operation were suggested. The accuracy of bacteria testing was improved.
