摘要 对利用乙醛酸、苯酚、邻苯二甲酰亚胺合成DL-对羟基苯甘氨酸的方法进行了研究。最佳工艺条件为:原料摩尔比n(乙醛酸)∶n(苯酚)∶n(邻苯二甲酰亚胺)=1.0∶1.2∶1.2,十八烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵为催化剂,用量为乙醛酸质量的2%,反应时间为8h,反应温度为60℃,收率达83%以上,产品纯度为99%以上。 The method for synthesizing DL-p-hydroxyphenylglycine with glyoxylic acid,phenol and phthalimide was investigated. The optimum conditions were as follows:the molar ratio of glyoxylic acid :phenol :phthalimide was 1.0:1.2:1.2, SDMBA-C1 as catalyst, the amount of catalysts was 2% of the mass of glyoxylic acid, reaction time 8 hours and reaction temperature 60℃ .Under these conditions the yield of DL-p-hydroxyphenylglycine was over 83% ,and purity was up to 99% by HPLC analysis.
