摘要
以三甲基硅醚和氯化氢气体为原料,浓硫酸为催化剂合成了三甲基氯硅烷。通过考察反应影响因素,确定了合成三甲基氯硅烷的工艺条件,收率可达93%。通过IR和GC对目标产物进行了定性和定量分析,三甲基氯硅烷的纯度可达99.9%。
Chlorotrimethylsilane was prepared, with trimethylsilyl ether and hydrochloride as raw materials, concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst. The optimal reaction conditions were decided by reviewing the factors that influence the reaction. The yield of the object product was 93%. Infrared spectrum and gas chromatography were used for qualitative and quantitative analysis to object product. The purity of chlorotrimethylsilane was 99.9%.
