摘要
随着汽车模具企业的发展,作为生产环节的主生产计划管理的科学性将直接影响到整个项目开发的周期,为此,本文结合福田公司潍坊模具厂开发的ERP系统,分析和论述了主生产计划的重要性、管理措施和方法,以便加强与同行的交流。明确了主生产计划的管理将是各模具厂家努力解决的重要课题,也是解决模具周期交付的决定性因素之一。
With the development of automobile die & mold enterprises, as the main manufacture planning management of processing procedures, its scientificity impacts on the cycle of whole project development, thus, combining ERP system developed by foton company weifang die & mold manufacture, the importance, management steps and methods of main manufacture plan are analyzed and stated, so as to enhance the communication with accompanier. Further, the important subject to be solved by die & mold manufactures and one of determining factor to be accomplished by die & mold cycle delivery, namely main manufacture planning management, is defined.
