摘要
借助MoldFlow模拟分析软件的MPI(MoldflowPlasticsInsight)对某注塑产品的注射成型进行了计算机模拟、分析,根据结果进行熔接痕和气穴情况的分析,并优化设计了模具的浇注系统,获得了较高预测质量的产品,说明了CAE技术对塑料模具的设计及塑料制品的成型具有较强的指导作用。
With the help of MoldFlow simulating analysis software MPI, injection forming is simulated and analyzed by computer for a kind of injection product, according to the result to analyze melting-joint imprint and bubble chamber, injecting system of mold is optimized and designed, prediction of high quality products is obtained, it proves that CAE technology has strong guidance function to plastic mold design and plastic products forming.
