摘要
介绍了计算机键盘按键的结构与注塑工艺。阐述了生产按键的注射模结构与工作过程。重点指出了一模多腔、侧浇口自动切断坠落结构的实现策略。并对该模具的制造与选材,注塑工艺的选择作了简要说明。
The structure and injecting process of computer keyboard keystroke are introduced. The injection mold structure and working process of manufacturing keystroke are stated. How to realize the strategy of multi-cavity mold, side gate self-cutting dropping structure is mainly pointed out, and the determination of injection process for mold manufacture and select material is briefly explained.
