The Case Report of Mental Consultation about the Second Year Students’ Acrophobia

目的通过对“恐高症”个案的咨询报道,探讨其咨询与治疗方法,以提高功效。方法采用行为疗法中的系统脱敏技术,对求助者进行咨询与脱敏治疗。结果从放松、模拟情景、现实情景,步步深入,咨询及治疗效果明显。结论“系统脱敏”对“恐高症”的咨询与治疗平稳有效,但时间跨度略长。

Objective In order to improve the effect of treating acrophobia, we go further into consultation and treatment by inquiring into the case of acrophobia. Method Taking the technique of systematic desensitization therapy with behavioral treatment for acrophobia and offering consultations and desensitization treatment to the persons who need help. Results Adopting some treating measures such as relaxation, imitating situation, present situation and so on resulted in the effective consultation and obvious treatment effects. Conclusion Systematic desensitization is an effective and steady treatment for acrophobia, and it needs a long time.
