Public crisis management is a set of system engineering. It is essential to establish working mechanisms to deal with the public crisis management since it has important function of safeguarding people＇s production and life. There are nine important and efficient working mechanisms, which are monitoring and prediction, decisions making and directing, decision implementing, accountability running and punishment, checking and supervision, crisis protection, information collection and releasing, social mobilization and participation, and investigation and reflection mechanisms.
