摘要
对公司治理文化和企业竞争力的研究都是关注企业如何更好地持续生存和发展的问题,但迄今为止,两者之间的研究是相对独立的。基于对我国企业的经验分析,公司治理文化与企业竞争力具有一定的相关性,从生成层面和形成主体的不同,企业文化可分为公司治理文化、管理文化和执行文化,且公司治理文化直接影响着公司治理结构和公司治理机制的有效性,是构成企业竞争力的核心要素之一。我们通过一个崭新的视角:公司治理文化-企业文化-心理契约-组织公民行为-组织绩效-企业竞争力,来解释公司治理文化与企业竞争力之间的内在联系,分析公司治理文化构成企业竞争力的路径模式。这对于我国企业,尤其是上市公司在公司治理文化建设方面具有一定的启示。
The studies of both corporate governance culture and competitiveness focus on the issue such as how the enterprises can better sustain the development. However, both studies are still relatively independent presently. This paper studies the correlation between corporate governance culture and competitiveness based on the empirical analysis on Chinese stock companies. First, from the difference between inborn surface and main body, this paper divides corporate culture into corporate governance culture, managerial culture and executive culture. Then based on preceding researches, the author brings forward that corporate governance culture can directly influence the effectiveness of corporate governance structure and governance mechanism; hence it's one of the core factors forming corporate competitiveness. Secondly, this paper explains the correlation between corporate governance culture and competitiveness, and analyzes the internal path between the corporate governance culture and the corporate competitiveness from a new perspective: i.e. , corporate governance culture, corporate culture, psychological contract, organizational citizenship behavior, organizational performance, corporate competitiveness. Lastly, as the conclusion of this paper, the author gives some advices to Chinese corporations, especially stock companies to construct corporate governance culture.
