高校危机中大学生心理失衡现象的考量及其调适

University Students' Mental Disequilibrium and Its Adjustment in the Presence of the Emergent Hazard in HEIs

目前,我国高校危机中大学生的心理失衡状况已非常严峻,如何消解和调适高校危机事件所带来的心理创伤,成为新时期的新情况。大学生危机心理失衡有调适的理念上存在缺失、调适的载体存在缺位、高校、家庭以及社会对大学生心理失衡行为存在忽视等原因。高校要从加强危机管理机制的建设等方面完善危机大学生心理行为调适。

At presen, the situation of university students＇ mental disequilibrium in the presence of the emergent hazard in HEIs remains severe. Therefore, adjusting this mental disequilibrium caused by emergent hazards in HEIs has become our new task in the new period. In light of this situation, the essay analyses the main causes of university students＇ mental disequilibrium conduct, and suggests taking some effective measures such as the establishment of the hazard management mechanism to adjust the students＇ mental disequilibrium conduct.
