高校思想政治理论课教师“职业压力”探析

Analysis of the "Professional Pressure" of the College Teachers of Ideological and Political Theory

山东等5省市平均有61.48%的高校思想政治理论课教师“职业压力”很大,37.58%的政治理论棵教师有较大“职业压力”。导致高校政治理论课教师“职业压力”的原因有思想政治理论课自身存在的问题、大学生对学习理论不感兴趣、社会和高校为理论课教师提供和创设的生存发展空间太小、社会大环境的变化模糊了人们对政治理论课的认识等四个方面。

An investigation shows that quite a lot of the college teachers of ideological and political theory feel ＂professional pressure＂ in varying degrees. The causes of such pressure are varied. Based on the investigation, the present article analyzes four aspects of the causes for these teachers＇ ＂professional pressure＂.
