无症状心房颤动的临床意义及处理 被引量：1

The clinical significance and management of asymptomatic atrial fibrillation

摘要 心房颤动（房颤）是临床最常见的持续性心律失常。尽管房颤病人有心悸、呼吸困难、头晕、胸部不适、晕厥等症状，但临床上也有很多病人没有明显症状，这种没有临床症状的房颤，称为无症状房颤（asymptomatic atrial fibrillation或silent atrial fibrillation），常常在体格检查或心电图检查时被发现，有时甚至在出现了严重并发症如中风或心力衰竭时才被发现。无症状房颤的危害与有症状房颤相近，甚至因其发生隐匿危害更大，无症状房颤已越来越受到重视。本文将对其流行病学特点、临床特点、诊断方法、并发症及治疗加以综述。
