摘要
利用低温气体多元共渗技术对铸钢ZG15进行了共渗处理,利用扫描电子显微镜和显微硬度计对渗层的显微组织及显微硬度进行了研究,并讨论了共渗温度和时间对渗层厚度及渗层显微硬度的影响。结果表明采用低温气体多元共渗技术,在铸钢表面形成了以碳化物和氮化物为主的合金渗层,不同工艺条件下渗层显微硬度在300-700HV变化,加热温度和保温时间是形成渗层组织结构和显微硬度的主要影响因素。
Multi-element permeation on cast steel ZG15 at lower temperature was carried out.The microstructure and hardness of alloying layer were investigated by SEM and HMV-1T micro hardometer.The influence of permeating temperature and time on thickness and micro-hardness of alloying layer was discussed.The results show that the permeated alloying layer formed on the cast steel surface consists of carbide,nitride.The hardness of the alloying layer is between 300-700HV,which depends on the process parameters.Temperature and holding time are main factors affecting the microstructure and hardness of the alloying layer.
