耐药性颞叶癫痫患者脑组织中甲状腺受体相关蛋白220基因表达及其临床意义

摘要 中枢神经系统内存有与周围功能不同的甲状腺及雌激素受体,它们与脑内多种生理功能有关。甲状腺素受体结合蛋白220(thyroid receptor associated protein,TRAP220)以配体依赖形式与甾体激素核受体形成复合物,是脑内甲状腺素和雌激素发挥生理作用的重要环节。我们从基因和蛋白质水平研究了耐药性颞叶癫痫患者脑组织中TRAP220的表达,探索其临床价值。
