关节软骨细胞离子通道研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 自体软骨细胞移植和软骨组织工程为关节软骨损伤的修复提供了比较好的途径。软骨细胞作为细胞移植和软骨组织工程种子细胞的理想来源,国内外学者对于其生物学特性进行了大量的研究,但仍有许多生物机制不明确。与此同时细胞膜离子通道的研究随着膜片钳技术、分子生物学、形态学技术、免疫学等其他技术的发展,成为一个研究热点。而对于关节软骨细胞离子通道方面的研究却比较有限,因此,有必要对这个领域的研究现状进行深入地了解。
