在调查数据基础上,应用自助方法对信号交叉口饱和流率的随机性进行了研究,并对美国通行能力手册关于通行能力的确定方法进行了分析．结果表明,信号交叉口饱和流率是随机变化的,可用正态分布刻画。

The purpose of this study is to check the stochastic nature saturated flows of at signalized intersections and the HCM method of determining capacity. Based on the surveyed data and using bootstrap method, it shows that the saturated flow rate is a random variable, and that it is suitable to use normal distribution.
