This paper introduces the none-defect operation method of high-grade knitting yarn manufacturers, which eliminated the lapped joints of the yam from drawing, roving upto spinning, reduced detects, remarkably raised the roving efficiency and minimized the yarn breakage per 1000 spindles in spinning and the yarn breakage per 100 bobbins in cone winding.
