摘要
产品的可靠性是产品质量的核心.本文重点论述设计阶段的可靠性管理,以突出可靠性管理中预先管理的重要性.文中提出了企业可靠性管理在工程实践中存在的问题,围绕如何具体开展可靠性管理工作进行了详细的论述,特别强调了可靠性管理的故障闭环系统管理.
Reliability characteristic of a product is the core for the quality of product. The paper focuses on the reliability management in product design phase to indicate the importance of pre - management for reliability management. Demonstrate the existing problems from implementation of reliability management to discuss the progress of reliability management, especially in the FRACAS （Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action Systerns）.
